Nº. 027.557.209-99, OAB/PR Nº. 39.322, having office at Avenida Cândido de Abreu, nº 526, conjuntos 806/807, Torre B, Centro Cívico, Curitiba – PR, Brazil, CEP 80.530-905, as my/our attorneys jointly or separately and irrespectively of the order of appointment to obtain from the Government of Brazil industrial property rights, such as patents of invention, industrial designs and utility model patents, the registrations of trademarks, service marks, slogans or signs of advertisement, and to keep them in force, with full powers to sign petitions and documents, to pay taxes, to records assignments, to prove the working of patented inventions, to file notices of opposition, appeals, replies, to withdraw applications, to renounce registrations, to record agreements for the transfer of technology, and to perform for said purpose all the necessary acts before the proper Brazilian administrative authorities, in the benefit of the grantor(s), ratifying the previous actions of the attorneys, and powers to receive judicial summons in respect of industrial property matters from the filing date of the application and during the validity of the patent or trademark registration, and to substitute all or any of these powers.

Nº. 027.557.209-99, OAB/PR Nº. 39.322, having office at Avenida Cândido de Abreu, nº 526, conjuntos 806/807, Torre B, Centro Cívico, Curitiba – PR, Brazil, CEP 80.530-905, para obter do Governo do Brasil direitos de propriedade industrial, tais como patentes de invenção, modelos de utilidade, desenhos industriais, registros de marcas de comércio, de indústria e de serviço, expressões ou sinais de propaganda, e mantê-los em vigor com amplo e ilimitados poderes para assinar petições e documentos, pagar taxas, anotar transferências, fazer prova de uso das invenções patenteadas, apresentar oposições, recursos, réplicas, desistir, renunciar, averbar contratos para transferência de tecnologia, praticar para o fim mencionado todos os atos necessários perante as autoridades administrativas competentes no Brasil, em benefício do(s) outorgante(s), ratificando os atos já praticados e poderes para representar o(s) outorgante(s), e receber citações judiciais relativas aos assuntos atinentes à Propriedade Industrial, desde a data do depósito e durante a vigência do privilégio ou do registro, podendo substabelecer no todo ou em parte.
